Help with membership renewal

If you don't have a link that takes you directly to the payment you want to make, the following options and answers may help.

First, sign in and go to your profile.

If you can't sign in by clicking on "Log in" button at the top of the screen, and entering your email and password, there is a "Forgot Password" link just below the password entry that will send an reset email. If that doesn't work, and you've checked you spam/junk folders, get in touch and we'll see what email we have on file for you.

Once logged in, go to your profile by clicking on your name in the upper left.

Payment

Most of you will just need to complete payment. You can hopefully, update, delete or set up recurring payments. Here's some help on that if needed.

Or you may want or need to manually renew. Here some help on that if needed.

In many cases, we may need to manually 'toggle' the system to set up an invoice for you to pay. Please get in touch if that's the case.

Last, you'll see that we do still accept checks and electronic banking, but discourage these because it means a volunteer officer has to spend some time processing your payment, when the credit card option is automatic. We really appreciate your help with this.

Changing membership categories

You may want to change categories, particularly to change your preferences for physical or electronic delivery of the New Zealand Science Review. You should be able to do this in your profile prior to payment, but again please  get in touch if that's the case. Some category changes may not be enabled.
